Installation:

     It's a Simple way Before All of u do.Go to Server manager, Add or remove Roles and Just Click.That's all.

Shared Nothing Migration:

    Move running's VM's memory & Storage from one host to another with no shared Storage we use.

Scalability:

    4 TB RAM per Host, 64 Logical CPU's Per VM, 1TB memory per VM, 1024 VM's per Host, 8000 VM's per cluster, 64TB VHDX.

Live Migration & Storage:

   Easier then ever before, new & improved Wizard's, no fail over cluster or Shared storage required.

Extensible Virtual Switch:

     Security (AV/FW) apps, network monitoring apps, network troubleshooting appa can see all into the virtual network.

Replica:

      Replicate virtual machines from host to host for DR, totally included, Finally Everyone can 

afford  replication

 

Dynamic Memory:

     Reduce memory demands by giving VM's the memory they need when  they need it (and taking back memory they don't need).

Increases VM to host ratio.

Requires specific OS and must be enabled before power-on.

Failover Clustering Enhancements:

    Easier failover clustering configuration, increased scale, support for replica, cluster validation,testing, memory aware placement and more.

Free Hyper-V in Server 2012:

     All the features of win 2012 Hyper-V standard at no cost.(But with no local GUI).

Storing VMs on SMB3 File Shares:

     Eliminate the need for SAN hardware by storing VM's on SMB3 file server's (or a file server cluster.)
